Recipe:

Step One: Wash all produce. and cut the spine off the kale. Dice the tomato and strawberries. Rip the kale into a large bowl.

Step Two: In a mason jar, add olive oil, rice vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic, salt and pepper. Shake well.

Step Three: Drizzle a small amount of dressing and message it into the kale.

Step Four: Top the salad with chopped strawberries, tomatoes and almonds. Sprinkle goat cheese and chia seeds.

Step Five: Toss and enjoy!

Bonus Step: Cook up some seasoned chicken and mix it in with your salad.
