The Creamiest Chicken Broccoli Alfredo.

I have another great recipe for you all and I’m so excited to share. It’s been awhile and I miss you, and making these recipes. This Creamy Chicken Alfredo is super quick, super easy, and super delicious. But I mean come on have you ever tried one of these recipes that wasn’t delicious?

I’ll have to make a series on basic recipes because currently they are my new fav thing. Making a restaurant meal at home in less than an hour, sign me up please. With everyday pantry ingredients, you can make this meal just as good as Olive Garden or Carrabas. Lets get cooking by taking out these ingredients.

Ingredients

  • Alfredo noodles
  • Chicken
  • Frozen broccoli
  • Heavy whipping cream
  • Butter
  • Garlic
  • Parmesan cheese
  • salt/pepper

The Recipe:

Step one: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Throw in your fettachine noodles or any noodles you like.

Step Two: preheat oven to 400 degrees, toss broccoli in salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. place in preheated oven.

Cooking Step Three: Pat chicken breast dry with paper towel, cut into bite sizes, season with salt, and pepper.

Step Four: Heat up a skillet with butter and garlic. Throw in your chicken a cook for 10-15 minutes.

Step Five: Once chicken is cooked, remove from pan and add more garlic, and butter. once the garlic is fragrant add in the heavy cream. Mix, then add seasonings. (I used a little salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cajun).

Step Six: When your sauce begins to thicken slightly, add parmesan cheese and mozzarella. Once combined toss in chicken and broccoli.

Step Seven: When everything is combined add in your noodles with a small amount of pasta water. Mix it up!

Step Eight: Plate in small bowls or a plate and…

Step nine: Enjoy!!!
